HUCHUYQOSQO TREK 2D/1N

INTRODUCTION

This tour allows the visitor to enjoy a short walking and to know the archaeological site of Maukallaqta surrounded by the great mountain range of Urubamba; the walking is over Incas Trail which isn’t so crowded a good chance to enjoy a peaceful day of course you enjoy also a night camp into the archeological site.

ITINERARY

DAY 01: CUZCO / TAMBOMACHAY - PUCAMARCA COMMUNITY

We leave Cusco city driving our private transport towards Yuncaypata village it for 20 minutes from Cusco where we meet the horse leader who take care and carry the camping stuff and yours. The first hour walking takes us up the mountains where we have a panoramic view of Cusco city and then we continue climbing up and down till the archeological site of Huchuyqosqo where we spend the night.

Campsite altitude: 3,600 m (11,811 ft)

DAY 02: HUCHUYQOSQO / CUZCO

After to have a relaxed night in Huchuyqosqo we take a walking at around the Incas city getting knowledge from our guide so afterward we walk down to Lamay village where our transportation will drive us to Cusco city.
